Every week we are contacted by amazing groups and organizations looking for donations of beer or packages for their event, auction, or fundraiser. We pride ourselves on never really saying no, but as we grow and the demand increases, we are now starting to set aside an amount we can handle each quarter. To make this process easier, we have put together this form so that you can send us your details well ahead of your event. If you have a donation or sponsorship request, please read guidelines below, then fill out and submit the form below if your event qualifies.

We have chosen a few areas of interest in order to donate to a wide range of organizations:
Arts and Culture
If your event is less than 30 days away, it will automatically be declined.
All donation requests must be submitted online. We do not accept paper or in-person donation requests.
The organization must provide a liquor license (and proper permitting where applicable) in order to receive any donation of beer.
You will be notified via email whether your request has been approved or denied within two to three weeks of submitting your request.
All donations must be picked up at Fernson Brewing Co.’s corporate office located at 1400 E. Robur Dr. in Sioux Falls.
We do not provide staff to work at events or deliver donations.
